That looks the same lead.

Poor quality IMHO just plain doesn't work.

May even email the seller myself.

Well I have emailed him to see if he has any suggestions - as it does seem like it the cable causing the no power.

What cable would you recommend then ?

The original bypass lead always worked with no issues, it's expensive but right,

eBay number: 110856451119

Looks like ill order that one then and touch wood gets everything working.

Any idea on how I can maybe test the old lead to see if it is faulty ?

Or is it a simple idea of it being badly designed - which will not not show in any tests ?

If you get me pics of the lead at both ends I can walk you through how to make it better if you competent with a soldering iron?

Alternatively post Me it and I'll fix it n

Do you have to remove the amp fully or can the cable just be un-clipped with out removing it?

There are some guides that dont mention the removal of the amp - however i found it nigh impossible to remove the cable without dismounting the amp. You can mount it back up after cable is removed though - but i decided to remove mine as it's not needed for me.

SparkyStav - Thanks for the offer and I might take you up on that! i'm awaiting the outcome off the guy I bought the cable from and take it from there.

Hey,

here is the link for some of the pictures I have uploaded. Let me know what you think.

I contacted the ebay seller and they advised I check the cable to ensure power is going through it etc. I have asked for what their returns policy is to I am awaiting a response as I am unable at the moment to confirm cable fault or not.
