Shaun TDI TTE stopped production ages ago and trying to find one has proved elusive.

Bemani still sells all the supercharger kit parts, a bit expensive though

TTE bought 250 kits from Bemani, TTE told me they didnt make anything themselves. Of course you have tried Bemani that made the kits originally?

Bemani are not responding to our emails or phone messages.
The clock is now ticking on this and we need a standard size pulley within 1 week.

Could you not get one machined? It's not that complex a part.

A pulley in any size should be easy to make. The part I'm unsure about is the hub in the middle, with the splines. Can you get those anywhere, in the right size?

I was searching for the splined part for ages, now i found a part that fits.
the part is from a Denso Air Conditioner clutch, Densos are used in most (i think) BMW's and even AC pump that is on our is200's is the correct one.

if you are looking for that part in some scrap yard, here is how it looks like:

between that clutch contact area and splined part, there is a rubber damper, that can be cut out leaving you with a splied part with a round steel flange 6cm in diameter.

now I am after a standart pulley... anyone has one for sale?
