Hi guys,

I was recommended this forum by speedfreak via mx5nutz

I have been driving jap cars for years having gone through the gran turismo garage mx5, FTO, mr2, celica gt4, 300zx, civic , crx , prelude Smile

I see my is200 on eBay locally and picked it up for the nice sum of £800
125k on the clock but still pulls like the engine has only done 25!

So I have decided to sell my mx5 and spend all the proceeds on the Lexus

I will get a profess thread started when I get to modding Smile

Thanks for the welcome guys!

I love the colour it's looks so nice when given a polish.
My plans are pretty basic for the time being, getting a service, clutch change and cambelt done firstly then a few basic mods exhaust( its far to quiet for my liking Smile ) lowered and induction wheels ect...
How does these react with induction kits? Worth it?
Also anybody got a japspeed exhaust on theirs? Looks good value

Japspeed is fairly loud many people here have one so that's a good recommendation.
Induction kits are easy enough to make yourself for a fraction of the named brand costs - there isn't much BHP difference but will be louder for sure. If you really want loud induction noise just remove the bonnet sound proofing.

Have a look at Sprinter2012's thread for the DIY induction kit and Bandit has also got a thread somewhere covering the same thing.
