Well i started mine today, but found that the leds strips i had are not good enough to give a great white light for the buttons, the leds are too far apart so i get a patchy light.
Also found that getting the 3 led strip into the dial housing was a real pita!

So i'm gonna try a different method and try and use these,

their not in a glass tube so should slide past the bit of plastic that works the switch.

keep you up dated....

Ok guys, i did my led dials tonight (what a pain in the fecking ass!)

Anyways i'm not that happy with how it turned out as its not a white as i was hoping!
Plus the god **** clock has stopped working!!!

Moley did you sort yours out?

Fortunately it was a spare that i picked up so still got my orig one to try again, if i ever muster the patience to do it again!

Well today i found that the heater now only blows hot (started off cold till i moved the dial) and the air flow direction dial does nothing, the heated rear window works!

This is heading for the BIN!!!

Has the little brass pin at the back of the control knob fallen out when you took it apart?

Also if it's a different model to your one it may only blow one temp.
