HSD Coilover knocking
HSD Coilover knocking
I'm assuming it's going to have to be rebuilt/serviced so does anyone know anywhere I can get this done preferably in the Essex area?
I started getting a knocking noise from the o/s front suspension recently. I jacked the car up and took off the wheel to have a look and discovered the coilover was covered in oil top to bottom.

a couple of my mates have used AVO for their coilover rebuilds, they werent expensive either. give them a ring.

Thanks, I'll check out AVO. I take it they are willing to rebuild coilovers that weren't made by them?
The coilovers have been on the car less than 18 months. They were second hand when I bought them though. I have contacted HSD but haven't heard anything back yet.

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway :lol: )

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake
