01-09-2019, 03:27 AM #14I reckon you should, there are so many is owner's that would snap your hand off for one! Whack a few on eBay for a tenner and you'll be laughing! Has anyone got a picture of one they have made that I can use for reference when making mine? I'm gonna grab the components after work so hopefully can get this done at the weekend!
I don't have any pics I'm afraid, but that wouldn't have helped as they were heat shrinked and taped anyway.
I'll probably knock a few up again at some point, as there is always demand and I've got loads of the components for them at home.

01-09-2019, 07:12 AM #16Just been into maplin and the guy said he needs a data sheet so he knows which diodes/resistors etc to sell me??? I am well out of my depth here! Also, do all the components get soldered directly to a curcuit board or is it just going to be wires? Considering the beatsonic lead is about £130 I reckon you were undercutting yourself at a fiver!
PM me your address and I'll send you the components as I should have some hanging around somewhere.
I just creatively soldered them together to make a smaller unit as possible. Putting them onto a board is the most professional solution sure, but I didn't want bulk.

Not really no. The kit I make has 2 diodes and 3 resistors and a bit of wire. Looks much neater and much easier to make.
The diagram I posted up is what you need to make
