"Splice the black-red wire and connect it to the green-black wire going to the license plate light"
Does this mean i should connect the black-red wire to the green-black as pictured? and leave the green-black end on the connector disconnected? or connect them as a T?
Remove the connectors from your old bulb holders and connect them you your new ones like this. As you can see there is one wire left over, the black-red one.
The picture below this text is not working anymore, could you fix this for me?

Yow P.lindblom, thank you for the guide! this motivated me to finally get this mod done! it looks really cool. But i have some questions, perhaps you can help with.

Hi all, i'm a new member here, and i have been searching for days on end looking for directions on how to do this mod to my 2003 IS300, but i only want to convert the rear fogs to tail lights (and if it's not too complicated with fog lights still working when switched on at the dash).
Can anybody direct me to a link or something or even possibly help with how i could do this? Thanks so much in advance ...

earth to existing earth on fog holders,
live for dull to the number plate light live,
Live for bright to the fog lights live

Cut the fog holders off,
Then to wire them,
earth to existing earth on fog holders,
live for dull to the number plate light live,
Live for bright to the fog lights live
Job done
