Greetings from Denmark.

I have a 2001 Lexus IS200 with a TTE charger kit (130mm pulley) and a larger intercooler than TTE standart and a blackbox from Patrik.

I've been reading a lot about the larger pulley question. And I would like a little more power.

I'm thinking a 140mm or 145mm pulley. I don't want to risk to much with a 160mm.

Would it be enough with a 140mm/145mm pulley and larger injectors or should I change other things? If so where can I buy the pulley and the right injectors?

145mm with a TTE Blackbox is perfectly safe, I was told by the guys on Euro LOC if you upgrade the injectors to the ones from a 1ZZ engine you can get 245hp easily without any other mods.

As above. But with regard to sourcing a pulley, there is a guy on Euro LOC that makes pulleys in various sizes. I'll see if I can find the PM that said who it was and let you know.

They are all too big for what you need if your only going 140mm.

A lot of people say that the standard injectors are good enough if you aren't going "mad"

If I was you I'd get an AFR gauge and leave the standard injectors in and only upgrade them if the gauge shows your running lean.

Are you sure that's for 1ZZ not 1JZ?

It's the 1ZZ-FE in particular that you'd need, I just went through my old posts and found the info, the injectors you want are DENSO 23250-22040

To quote from the guys on Euro LOC, who are the kings of supercharged IS200s...

Once again thanks a lot. I now know what to get. I will just have to decide if I'm going for bigger injectors or try to see if the injection of fuel is good enough on the standart injectors with an AFR gauge.
