Fuel pump can't hurt. Injectors there's a few Toyota options apparently. I have a set of what I believe to be 315cc for the 1ggte. Just need to clean them.

As for belt you'll have to measure it.

ive just got a walbro 255 in, the same as the supra j spec i think. the inlet and outlet should be on the same side on each end of the pump.

The oem fuel pump should work ok with the 160mm pulley. It is been tested well on a lexus is200 with an oem 2jzgte engine for over a year and it did not have any issues. Regarding the belt you need the 5PK855 for the 160mm pulley. Lastly the 315cc injectors for a duty cycle of 80% can provide fuel for power up to 240bhp. With the 160mm pulley you need around 420cc injectors to reach the power of around 250-260bhp.

the pump that good. well least i know it not a major issue if dont change straight away. thanks for the belt size. what injectors can i get then that will get me the more power? or will i hit any other problems running 250-260, engine internals overheating?

I will be installing Denso RX8 yellow injectors (rated at 420cc and are high impedance). The superhcarger will generate more heat with the 160mm pulley so I will also fit a water/methanol injection kit.

There is an austrian guy who has fitted a 165mm pulley and works ok witout the injection kit!

are then injectors a straight fit? well going to relocate and remove things from engine bay and open it up more, so will help abit with heat.

The injectors are straight fit.

What do you mean you will relocate/remove things in the egine bay? With the 160mm pulley the supercharger will work at the limit of its efficiency and hence generating large amount of heat. Add also that the exhaust manifold is a few cm away from the charger. So the only solution is to heat wrap the exhaust manifold of ceramic powder coated and try to decrease the heat of the air from the exit of the charger up to the throttle. The only way is to fit a huge intercooler which will decrease the boost pressure or fit another cooling system ,ie water/methanol kit system or water cool the intercooler or both.

do you know the part number for them? struggling to find them seen 430cc rx8 ones on ebay but not sure. and some that where 450cc all the yellow ones.

i just mean, better use of space will need new rad soonish so will fit a better bigger one and pipe it better away from intake piping and then fit slimmer fan, want a bigger intercooler anyway. i wont be fitting the new pully n injectors till sorted it all out with what im going to fit and how i want it all piping up.
