That's a shame mate as I know how frustrating it can be wanting it on your car someone could make a killing off it really someone must have a copy that can be replicated.

My charger is short seen the eatons with the long snout wasn't sure if they could be used.

All I can say is it's like beats headphones you get it and think it's the best and after a month you just want more as I'm now thinking next step bigger pulley and better injectors

And then you become Stav I guess transpalant and go all out lol.

My cradle has issues even tho it's tte missing the back brace I have decat man so you lose support on back right strut it's still solid but may have to get my manifold branch cut and moved to go for the extra power as I would imagine it putting more pressure on the charger.

Sorry I have diverted from the subject the guy I got this charger off seems to get his hands on some naughty bits living in Poland makes sense as the charger was fitted to cars in Germany I will ask if he can get a cradle maybe we could get it copied.

[quote=bigdave1701]The belt is a 5PK790 a little hard to find in the uk but can order from eBay pretty easy.

You can get a cradle made but you need someone's original and getting it copied is expensive and can take a week or so in that time someone had to run their is200 without one and I doubt you will get many volunteers for that.

You need lots of cradle orders to make it worth getting reproduction remember a thread from years ago when someone kept trying get a load of orders in my eyes it's the biggest challenge.

£200 for the charger
£200 for the intercooler and pipe work
£70 for the black box
£300 to get the cradle copied + finding one not in use
£20 for the belt
£100 for a custom made pulley

I say your looking at a cool grand bit by bit

Looked into this many times

Ordered a charger for £1100 arrived wed was on the car Friday fully finished Monday

Still hard but all the parts searching is hard if you ask me

But a great challenge I guess /QUOTE]

Thanks for the info mate iv had no progress at all with cradle

Did you buy the a second hand kit for £1100 or is that what its costing for parts/ labour?

Managed to score a kit for £1100 mate don't get me wrong it wasn't perfect but it's on the car and working a treat just going to give it a overhaul when I get the chance.

Really hope you get sorted so does your local petrol station £50 in 2 days and I haven't been anywhere lol flooring it big time.

I paid £1200 for my kit but that was with a larger puller, larger injectors, and an emanage blue as well. Still not finished fitting it as don't want to go straight onto a stage 2 so will be getting hold of a smaller pulley. The guy I got it off hasn't got back to me recently after I asked him for the smaller pulley as he was meant to give me that as well so will probs just try to get one elsewhere.

God that's a awesome deal good score.

Ordered a overhaul kit from us today oil and the parts I need to service it don't want to wreck my pride and joy.

Good call waiting for the smaller pulley nice to feel the power then when the times right go all out I have heard the Australian guys are wild with theirs running 300bhp with standard internals.

Yeh I know mate! It was too good a deal to miss really. Using the smaller pulley to start with is the best way I think as it'll transform the car so will need to get used to it before I up the power more lol. I need to get a decay manifold as well yet though before I go with the larger pulley and injectors anyway. Will be using an hks fcd to start with as well instead of the emanage. Managed to get a brand new fcd for £35! Another bargain! Lol!

Also mate how much did you pay for the service kit and where you get it from? My charger apparently got serviced earlier in the year and as I saw it running before I bought it I know it runs well but will service it before I increase the boost.

If you search on eBay for eaton m62 it will bring up oil uk only change to worldwide search and bingo service kits I got snout rebuild repair kit not sure if all parts will fit but the key components are the same so it should be what I need worked out £37.88 oil from uk seller is £20 on its own.

Don't fancy doing the bearings at the rear they need to be pressed out.

They work out a good price due to the Exchange rate being pretty good.
