I'm thinking of making cradles in the winter time when the car is off the road of there is enough interest in them

About the cradles there u go guys try and back this fella up and get it while it's off the road as it's a rare thing to pop up get a thread made up once you have some prices and I'm sure you will get the interest you need.

Update.

So finally iv tracked down a cradle and should have it in the next week but i would like to know exactly what else do I need as I don't have nothing apart from cradle.

If I use a BOV no bypass valve is this safe and any power loss.

Were do I get a pully for the water pump and if I can use one from a different model of car then what one.

What model merc has the eating m62 with just two pipes inlet and outlet is there any modding to be done to fit on intercooler piping apart from silicone joiners.

Were can I get cheap intercooler and pipe work does anyone sell the kit.

Decat mani cheap.

I know Patrick has the black boxes will be in touch with him soon.

Finally what will this cost.

Should I just go for 145mm pully 2zz injectors and larger intercooler would it cost much more?

Sorry for so many questions I just want to get the parts list so I can get them sorted

Any help appreciated.

I have a black box for sale mate if you want it ordered but ain't used it. I would say eBay for a universal intercooler kit the pulleys by the looks of it people are using off merc I think the clk230 and slk230 had the m62. I hear it's ok to use a bov instead of the bypass. It's a shame you have missed out on a charger for £200 on eBay about 2 weeks ago wasn't tte eaton but a great price.

I say start with standard injectors and pulley get the kinks in the kit smoothed out before you run more boost.

Decat man will cost you about £120 don't forget you loose a cradle leg when using decat if you run black box u will need decat as you can burn them. Have seen a few people open the standard man and just rips the cats out lol.
