138mm pulley from a e type merc will put up photo of it

i got a turbo smart type 1 bov off a friend hope this will be fine as its for low boost cars.

the charger is mounted along will pulley iv wired the clutch to a switch

parts needed

intercooler piping

patricks blackbox

larger injectors im thinking 3sge injectors from a rs200

more updates along the way any sugestions welcome

so heres my altezz as200 project.

For the past year iv been gathering info on a diy charger setup and iv got a lot a helpfull info from here so i went with ahead with project based on what info i had.

my altezza as200
factory kitted
wheels painted bronze
lowered on tein coilovers

Which size injectors are you going to use? oem is 150cc. you got slightly bigger pulley so i guess 200 cc injectors will be enough.

What do you think of the intercooler as iv no idea about it I bought it from a polish guy who got it in Poland.

I thought the oem oinjectors were 220cc?

Are the altezza rs200 340cc?

Also what cc are the 1zz and 2zz injectors.

i think the intercooler works fine. it cools a lot better then the TTE intercooler. Also fits nicely behind the bumper without cutting into the crash bar.
The oem is200 injectors are 150cc
I am not sur about the rs200 injectors.

I use 1zzfe green injectors wich are 260cc in combination with a 145mm pulley and patricks blackbox
2zzge yellow injectors are 310cc and also work with patricks blackbox. but these are too big for the 138mm pulley.

Right I thought they were more then 150cc

What bhp would I be looking at with 140mm pulley and bigger intercooler bare in mind the as200 is 160bhp with 150 ft of torgue or 200nm so more then Lexus

Also would my standard injectors be good enough there the light purple ones?

The light purple ones are the oem 150cc injectors.
With the standard tte supercharger kit you have 205 hp
I think with 140 mm pulley and bigger intercooler you should be around 220/225 hpbut you are running a bit lean then. You can better upgrade to 200 cc injectors. Or eventually 1zzfe injectors.
