Thursday will be the day the coilovers go on and the stereo/sub goes back in, I'll hopefully get the skyline mod fitted too. I've also identified the first issue to fix: Manual gear selection doesn't work for whatever reason. This will probably require a trip to the Lexus garage for a code scan. The shifts are a little harsh, which suggests I might need new ATF.

18-06-2021, 10:37 PM #16I'm going to construct a cool air box for it and run an extra pipe to draw air from the lower grille, should improve it a little.
I'm intending to move the current 300 suspension over to the 200 so I can atleast roll the chassis about. Looks like I will have to take Monday off, can't have tomorrow due to work commitments and I'm at a stag do over the weekend, so the 200 is sat on axle stands until Sunday night.

I transferred the double din touch screen into the 300 today; dismantling the IS200 has taken A LOT longer than anticipated due to a few very annoying niggles. I've got all but one of the coilovers off, the rear rollbars are put on with a range of 13,14 and 12mm bolts, some of which have ceased horrendously. The front one came off no trouble. I think I'm going to have to cut the pipe to the rad as well.
