My Indecisive 4.0 V8 1UZ-FE Project
The stock wiring is silly. It's either 8 or 10AWG from the fuel pump relay, all the way back to the boot, but then inside the fuel tank it's tiny. I know some of that will be to combat voltage drop at ~15A along the length of the car but it's still daft IMO. Anyway now the battery is next to the fuel tank and the wiring is all 10AWG I should be laughing.
Did loads more wiring today, nearly removed and catalogued all of the wiring in the engine bay. For a nice big connector for the fuel pump too

Stock wiring isn't up to the job so drilled some new holes
Very tight fit grommets so vapour doesn't leak

Tidy job! Some good height to work with, in the IS the tank is really shallow so you don't get much to play with
