Well a lot of you have met me as I decided to start to attend some shows after Pat helped me purchase the new car and to see what it was all about.

This year I've been to the runway display motor show where I met a group of you and started to enjoy it more and more so took the plunge and came to JAE my first really big event where I met even more of you, and I also won the best standard car award, so thank you to all who voted for me.

And then to finish of the season I attended Japshow finale and what a great event that was although a very early start for myself and lexuspat but a really great day out.

So onto the car as that's what this is all about.

Mazda RX8 192 in velocity red completely standard and in great condition with all the mazda recalls done on it as well.

So this is her being picked up

And this is how she stayed for a while.

I then joined OJC and became an outlaw so got on and fitted my new decals.

Then I decided to attend a show in Aug so went up to Lexuspat house where he gave the car a machine Polish and full detail

At the show I met Jim and Robin who gave me a few simple bits to do and started to point me in the direction of a few companies to get parts from.

Then came JAE where I purchased a few engine bay bolts to start me off.

Whilst there for my birthday pat had got me a custom engine cover done

And was awarded my trophy

Then my youngest son got me a set of sport pedals for my birthday so got on with fitting them

Whilst doing this Jim told me about a simple job to move the front plate so did that as well

But didn't like the plate size so ordered a new square plate and fitted that in its place

At the same time lexuspat changed out a few bulbs to LEDS instead of the standard bulbs

Now have a big list of parts I'm looking at but always open to new ideas and as always grateful to ur help on finding things

Second update

After attending the Japshow finale where I picked up a few ideas I have now put new decals on the RX
