Wayne That ain't overly bad. More then I'd ideally like to pay, but looks better then a flat piece with a pipe sticking out of it. Do you mind if I take your drawing and see what I can get em made up for? I'm going to see a man about em in the next few days.Go ahead, mate. Let me know if you need more dimensions.

Has anyone actually completed a conversion using 2" pipework?
Only reason for asking is that it looks small? Or as it's boosted does it not matter? It looks like a really tight fit in places so I'd rather use it if it isn't going to make a difference?
2 1/4" is available and that would also match the size of the intercooler outlets.
P.Lindblom I guess the demand for those superchargers kind of went up thanks to Pat's cradles
Here's the pulley: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281983477290

I think I just got a project for this Summer :p gonna check my economy and if that looks good I might just start collecting the parts!
For those with the mini cooper bypass valve, after a search I did about if there is a way to adjust the valve found out that in mini forums saying that from the factory the valve is not well adjusted and needs to readjust it because there is a leak and loose pressure. If you see through inside the valve with a light on the opposite side you will see light pass through which it should not. You have to unscrew the two bolts inside the pipe that holds the moving disk and try to adjust the disk not to see light from the opposite side you might need also to adjust the stop screw outside the pipe .I did it and get some more pressure and less noise!
Ive just been out to the garage to check mine and it looks like it could do with a minor adjustment.
Thanks for the tip
