Lexus Woodford slipping.......
Lexus Woodford slipping.......
At Woodford, I have only ever dealt with Cat or James. When ever I ring up I always ask for them by name. I know what you mean about the other lady. I wouldn't trust her bringing my car round from service. Cat and James answer any questions I throw at them with no problems.
Woodford don't tend to fit after market products to cars. On my old GS300 I orderd some discs and pads from ******. They were groved discs with mintex pads. They refused point blank to fit them as they wern't supplied by Lexus. I told them that Lexus do not manyfacture their own brakes but this didn't matter.
On a contradictory note, they did fit my iPod adapter from Vaistech which I got from the states with no problems. On that ocassion I did deal with Cat. I've never had a problem with them and will continue to use them so long as no one else on here has any problems with them.
Keep us updated on how you get on with them as it would be a real shame if they have gone downhill. I'll have to sell up and buy a Merc instead.

Just got the call I was waiting for asking me how my recent visit went........didn't go off on a rant or anything, just let them know I was disappointed about the courtesy car thing and being charged for bulbs I didn't need.
Lady on the phone was very apologetic and said she would pass it on to the manager, let's wait and see if there is any follow up
