Woodford don't tend to fit after market products to cars. On my old GS300 I orderd some discs and pads from ******. They were groved discs with mintex pads. They refused point blank to fit them as they wern't supplied by Lexus. I told them that Lexus do not manyfacture their own brakes but this didn't matter.
On a contradictory note, they did fit my iPod adapter from Vaistech which I got from the states with no problems. On that ocassion I did deal with Cat. I've never had a problem with them and will continue to use them so long as no one else on here has any problems with them.
Keep us updated on how you get on with them as it would be a real shame if they have gone downhill. I'll have to sell up and buy a Merc instead.:lol:

Cool glad it's not just me that isn't comfortable with her! Yes I used to always ask for James (didn't even trust Cat then) but I've stopped doing that recently as I just kind of know everything will be ok (until now that is!)
The thing about the springs and exhaust is that they're not aftermarket - they're Toyota, I had just just been speaking to the parts department next door about getting hold of them, and then they put me back through to Lexus to find out a fitting price!
I will update though on my future dealings, I really hope it's just a one-off and things will be back to normal soon :thumbup:
