Further research says the seller isn't posting his own photo - therefore is the watch in good condition?????

I'm sure the Swiss, could make better than that. Not sure it's original, looks like those dodgy Tag Huer's you see in the market.:confused:

The person only sold one item before so really does not have any feedback.
I would not purchase this although of course it could be real...

There are actually quite a few more of these watches, as several series of 1000 watches were made. Mine is no. 870/1000, series D which probably means there are at least 4000 made.

There are actually quite a few more of these watches, as several series of 1000 watches were made. Mine is no. 870/1000, series D which probably means there are at least 4000 made.

I've actually never used it, but I recently had the batteries changed and it works like a charm. I don't really get the point of the moon-o-meter(?), though Tongue Also, I'm not keen on the look of it.
