1) right jack the car up remove the wheel(the side you are changing the caliper)

)clamp the flexi off you can use mole grips(stops you loosing all the fluid)

)slacken the brake flexi off(14mm)

)remove the two 14mm bolts that hold the caliper to the pad housing

)pull the caliper away once clear of the pads turn anti clock wise to unscrew caliper from flexi

)while in bits check pads are free and slides are ok

)screw new caliper to the flexi(dont fully tighten at this stage)

)fit caliper to pad housing and tighten up the two 14mm bolts now you can tighten up the flexi

)undo the mole grips on the flexi now this req two people

)second person goes in the car while you slacken the bleed nipple(use a small hose on the nipple and put the hose in too the bottle saves mess)

)make sure you have plenty of brake fluid and get the person in the car to pump the pedal approx 10 times

)ON THE LAST PUMP HOLD THE PEDAL DOWN and tighten the nipple

)check the pedal feel put wheel back on job done!!!!!

REMEMBER PEDAL MUST BE HELD DOWN WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE NIPPLE!!!!!
