Hi all, quick question, I have a 200 s model and fitted leather seats, wired in heated seat and both appear to work and warm up, but after say 10mins they both appear to shut down and say 10 mins later they warm up again, this will go on and on as if they have a PTC thermister(thermosta) fitted.
So can anyone confirm this or tell me if there's operate different
Merry christmas to you all, hohoho

Yeah that's normal, it's quite a primitive system like that - it warms up, then cools down, and then suddenly your backside is burning again!

Marsdendean Is there anyway to fit a thermostat inline with the wiring, so they could stay on say 30, instead of going off?

Sure there would be, I assume you would have to find the OEM thermostat and swap it for one of your own??
