That prodrive fuel pump is clearly a Walbro! Big Grin

Looks like you've chosen sensibly there, that's a good list of bits going on

I think you may well be right there on the fuel pump uncanny resemblance that  I hope it is all good and works out well, it seems to be the choice of things to do on the WRX!

Just a mini update -

I recently won a Prodrive exhaust system off ebay which was supposed to be delivered today but the snows keeping it from being delivered, hopefully tomorrow and I hope it is how its described as it was a bargain, will update with pics when I get a chance.

Also went to the garage I will probably use which is Chris Palmer Autos in Hanham, Bristol. Got recommended them from a guy at work who rallies a scooby and they have good experience with them.

They also take on work from Roger Clark Motorsport (if you've not heard of them look them up and the 'gobstopper') when they're too busy so I am quite satisfied they know what they're doing. They also use Dave Rowe for mapping who mapped the gobstopper and Norris's 1000bhp Evo for starters :thumbup1:

Also pleased as having checked the car properly it has a tubular exhaust header and an unrestricted sports cat which is better than I thought

Just gotta save the pennies now to do the work as I keep buying too many bits

If they've done work on the gobstopper and the bogie evo then they'd be up there on my list, those 2 cars are awesome

It is difficult as they are quite different . . .

I would think that I prob prefer the Lexus overall, at the moment though, it has the comfort of the leather, a solid feel all round, there is decent power there with the 2JZ engine when needed and smooth autobox when lazy too.

The Scooby is quicker though but quite raw with stiffer suspension, less solid metal work and simpler interior. I think as a daily driver and travelling long distances the Lexus is best but for short trips and playing the Subaru has the edge as it is FUN and you do have to drive it.

I can see why people have them as weekend cars!! I am aiming with the upgrades and decent mapping it'll be a smoother delivery of power and feel more comfortable to drive!! You do pay for the engine and mechanics with the Subaru for sure, they are good Big Grin

I can't ever see me selling the Lexus!!
