redz The power off issue isnt to do with Jailbreaking, its unlocking to other networks. depending on the baseband of the phone, if its the newest one, then you have to unlock everytime you turn it off and back on.
Jailbreak is different. It gives you access to some nonapproved apple apps like TV OUT from the SDKit. You can also change everything about how the phone looks, screensavers, background pics, ringtones etc.
It also gives you the facility to run more than one app in the background.
beware though, it can slow it down if you install too many things..
Its very simple, just look for BLACKrain and it wont take more then 5 mins. Just make sure you back up first..

But yeah you guys need to download the app Whatsapp its 59p (or free if you got the free app download like me
) and it gives free iphone to iphone messaging, it determines from your contact list who has whatsapp and you can message them for free

Dont you get free texts with the iphone anyway? Ide definatly want free texts if im paying around £45 per month.... ide actually expect unlimited texts which i get for £15 a month

thats not true.. you just download through cydia or drag and drop the ipa file into itunes?
its really not that difficult. im pretty sure rabster would get his head around it in no time..
some of the cheaper apps are well worth purchasing though as you get the free updates and bug fixes..
on another note.. whos getting on ipad??
