Rabster im guessing fromwhat i see that to un jailbrake i have to re install the firmware no biggy but my question is
the current backups of all my contcats messages etc that itunes downloads will these be able to be restored to a fresh iphone with new firmware
well more important will i loose my paid for programs?
Doesn't all that sit in iTunes so can sync to anything once you've already bought them? Knowing apple you can never be sure but I would have thought you'll be able to sync all that to your phone once you've reinstalled the firmware.
You definitely won't be the first person doing this so there must be guides on the net of what to do if you're going back to the original build.

Does it not make phone calls? I assumed it did because it does have a connection but that's Apple for you..........
Yeah I don't get it either, a tablet is supposed to be like a PC, but this is just a really big iPhone so I can't imagine what sort of person would buy that over an iPhone that slips into your pocket and does all the same stuff.......

tbh, your prob not missing much without jailbreak other than saving a few ££ on apps..
friendsync is a cheaphandy app to sync friend photos from facebook with your iphone contact list.

Rabster well im not after anything but the speed camera database on the phone and that dont seem possible till bootrom has been cracked, so all in all disapointed with apple for not allowing these sort of updates
it should be included as standard with the app?
poi lite is a free app and does speed cameras..
