I do about 280 miles a week (combo of dual carriageway and city driving). I'm going through £45-£50 of fuel a week to give you some idea. On some occasions, I can do upto 800/900 miles a week (no, my IS200 is not a taxi, I'm in IT so I use my car for business use).

As for mileage, mines nearly done 132k (its a late 2000 IS200) and its still going strong. My IS200 has done 100k under my ownership (7 years), so the 130-150k IS200's you are looking at should be able to carry on racking up the miles as long as they have been looked after.

Mods:...WIM geometry setup & fine tune, K&N Air filter, Stainless steel A/C rings, Brodit phone kit, Stainless steel clock surround, B&M Shortshifter & LED Domelight, Maplight & Sun Visors, OEM Chrome exhaust tip, OEM rubber bootliner, Fan type windscreen washer jets, LS430 Side repeaters, OEM LE grille, OEM cargo net, Front OEM armrest

As Kam05 correctly says proper maintenance is essential, and they go on forever - bit like Saabs!!

2tongues and they go on forever - bit like Saabs!!

Tell that to my boss, he has a 2001 Saab 9-3 with 50k on the clock- its always in the garage for repairs. Its going in next week to have the C/L repaired.

The 9-3 is full of GM parts which are :cursing: according to my boss.

Looks good- but get a inspection done. If the car looks good (visually and mechanically), I'd offer £2.2k to start with and take it from there.
