Thanks Nick, yes finally some better news, progress at last, I cross my fingers this is the fix and an end to my problems, I am so impatient right now so will get them from the uk ebay, is £55 for 6 a good deal?

06-02-2017, 04:56 PM #102jason i just remembered i got 6 denso ik20 plugs here - they came out mine at last service-no idea what miles they done but the car was running fine on them befire the service - you are welcome to them mate for nothing if it gets you going - just email me your sddress and i will post to you on monday if you want them-------------------------------------------------------------- edit they are sk20 will be fine for your car im sure

I found out the noise I thought was the CAT was the heat shield rattling so the Cat converters are all working as they should
