well here goes very simple and a very quick job to do....:thumbup1::thumbup1:
tools req:
rachit,extension,12mm socket,14mm socket,12mm spanner and a pair of small mole grips.....
rear bar done first..
remove the 12mm nut and bolt and remove the anti roll bar link with the bar
[Image: p0404101318.jpg]
then remove these two 12mm bolts(2 either side)
now you can just lower the old poop bar out..
now heres a tip some people say soon as the anti roll bar link starts spinning cut it off and buy a new one.....dont its doughnuts talking about stuff the dont know about...course it will spin its a ball in a joint!!
if it spins their is a sholder(i'm holding a sump washer next too it)take your mole grips and clamp them on to the sholder
[Image: p040410132701.jpg]
now the nut can be removed(if it still spins you need to clamp tighter)
now rebuild..........
on to the front
remove the 14mm nuts(1 either side same as the rear if it spins get the molegrips out)
then remove the 4 12mm bolts(2 either side)
now drop the bar out note their is a a/c pipe that makes it a bit fiddly.
now rebuild with your new front bar make sure you tighten everything take her out on the road and enjoy!!trust me you will!!!!
diff between the rear bars..
diff between the fronts
[Image: p0404101352.jpg]
and on the car
[Image: p0404101339.jpg]
hope this helps some peeps.......
took me 20mins but that was because i had to take photos....
