Final update, picking the car up tomorrow now  It has been mapped today and is said to be driving very well, they have dropped the power slightly from the original estimate of 330bhp as they said it was driving much better lower down and the turbo is spooling at about 1800rpm so it is pulling well from low down. I will let you all know how it feels tomorrow, can't wait now

Final list of works completed on this setup

Engine mods: RCM stainless Headers and up-pipe, scoobyclinic open-neck Sports cat/de-cat and Prodrive backbox, VF34 Turbo, 550cc injectors, Inlet manifold spacers, STI Intercooler, RCM Induction kit, 3 port boost solenoid, walbro 255 fuel pump, re-map Dave Rowe.

Suspension/ brake mods: STI Brembo front brakes with DS pads, standard rear brakes with DS pads, braided hoses all round, CDF Racing solid drop links all round, CDF Racing Anti-lift Kit, Eibach -30mm Springs.

Styling Mods: Morrette headlamps, Pink 'limited' badge on front grill, Vented wing markers, De-badged boot, STI rear Spolier with hi-level brake light 18" Inovite WR1 rep wheels / Toyo Tyres.

Hello all, well picked the Scooby up yesterday, just haven't had a great deal of time to drive it properly but my first thoughts are good. I was unsure at first whether there was a big increase in power but I can say when you look down at the speedo I am in dangerous licence loosing territory quicker than before!! Also the noise the turbo makes is sweeet, you can really hear it spooling up then when you come off boost or change gear on boost it chatters down the induction kit, almost like a dump valve (which I don’t have)

The reason I think it didn’t feel much different is because it is much smoother now and drives very OEM almost like an NA, all down to good mapping and a nice roller ball bearing turbo I believe, before it was quite aggressive which made it feel punchy and so the power was more noticeable.

To add to this the handling is even better now too with the solid drop links and anti-lift kit and wider wheels. Last thing to do now is get the geometry done (which is tomorrow) so it will be spot on

Final Spec list to date and in the garage too,

Engine mods: RCM stainless Headers and up-pipe, scoobyclinic open-neck Sports cat/centre de-cat and Prodrive backbox, VF34 Turbo, 550cc injectors, Inlet manifold spacers, STI Intercooler, RCM Induction kit, 3 port boost solenoid, walbro 255 fuel pump, re-map Dave Rowe.

Suspension/ brake mods: STI Brembo front brakes with DS pads, standard rear brakes with DS pads, braided hoses all round, CDF Racing solid drop links all round, CDF Racing Anti-lift Kit, Eibach -30mm Springs.

Styling Mods: Morrette headlamps, Pink 'limited' badge on front grill, Vented wing markers, De-badged boot, hi level rear Spolier with hi-level brake light, 18" Inovite WR1 rep wheels / Toyo Tyres.

Thanks for all your comments so far guys good to be in the club, have to start some more things on the Lexus now!!

Glad you have the car set up to the way you like it and you are enjoying it for the little driving your done so far.

Yes the Poor Lexus must be feeling left out, so what do you have planned for that?

Sounds great Russell. That's the same sort of driveability that I've been aiming for with my turbo conversion, smooth delivery and not an on/off sort of thing.
