Again the water pump does not have to be done its is just a suggestion, i never had my one changed and it was fine.
That price seems very good to include pump and belt and done at Lexus
That was a good move Timbo the is200 books say 100,000 miles but the should be done at 60,000 when i had the is200 it belt was so bad and it done 77,000 miles and was about to break so glad i had it checked before hand.

I also didnt change my water pump however it had been replaced about a year or so before changing the belt.....does seem a good price from lexus

they checked the car over end of last year when I had a ball joint done and they said the water pump was leaking and its a good time to do it anyway with the belt so happy now Im getting it done 
2.5 hours for the belt but you only get an extra hour for doing the water pump which works out to be 3.5!!!ooouuucccchhhhh you got charged an hour and a half more and the job takes a max of 2 hours thats inc the water pump.
i've done a few for some of the members....working for toyota has its upsides...
