i have found a thread thats shows you how to remove the headlight but what to i do next? iv heard stick them in the oven, but that all seems abit vage lol, how long for, what mark? then once the seals soft how do u open the lense, what do i spray, and what to i reseal them with? all these question are what i unsure about and need to find out before attemptin it as i dont want to ruin my headlights due to them being so expensive :blink:

Right i think im gonna have to reseal one of my headlights as i had condensation in it.

If you have the HID's fitted mate they more than compensate for what reflection is lost by spraying :thumbup1: plus the rear reflector behind the bulb is the part that does all of the work when it comes down to light spread :thumbup1:

i used some little plastic clamps which i found after i done the first one,other than that i put it behind me and sat back against it between 2 cushions:thumbup1:

07-04-2017, 01:54 PM #8you'll be ok just keep the oven temp low and if they aint ready to come apart just leave them in a little longer,mine were in for 20mins overall

nope they have clear bulbs you will need to buy the silver tec ones....
