theirs no screws on the headlight either mate....... well their is but you dont remove them!!the lens is bonded on and only bonded...

Its easy I think everyone has this feeling at first.
Mine only steams up on the corners if I jet wash it but don't do that very often

The headlights are the same as the fogs flat head screwdriver under the clips to open it up.
Its easy I think everyone has this feeling at first.
Mine only steams up on the corners if I jet wash it but don't do that very often

The Sikaflex one used on lighting is the grey version, it stays flexible and elastic and its also weather resistant, Like this one CLICK ME? :thumbup1:

The best thing to use for sealing the light units is Sikaflex sealant, silicone needs to be rubbed in around the edges to create a good seal or you end up with gaps when it dries, which lets air/water in so the lights fog up??

I would have thought a decent sized bead around the lens would spread enough when you press the lens together followed by wiping off any excess that comes out without having to spread it with fingers....or is that not the case?

I removed the black tinting spray from my fog lights today. One of them not only has condensation, but about 50ml of water swishing about at the bottom:cursing:. Looks like i'm going to have to heat the oven up before JAE. Unless the tinting film that i'm just about to order covers everything up:blink:. Somehow i don't think i'll be that lucky..........
