Have you checked for spyware? It's usually the cause of all PC related problems. Need to run an up to date spyware check regularly to keep your PC healthy

i will do some diagnostics tests in the mroning (afternoon when i wake up) and see whats going on. If i need any hardware ill just use a laptop and save for a new laptop.

Oki Doki. Well ive removed 7 trojans from my computer, However they was all on my E:/ which is my 2nd hard drive, and W7 is ran from the C:. Maybe my pc was just having a bad few hours?
i will do some diagnostics tests in the mroning (afternoon when i wake up) and see whats going on. If i need any hardware ill just use a laptop and save for a new laptop.

Doesn't really matter where they were, they could still have been the cause. Hopefully that fixes it, sometimes it's good to try a few different ones as they don't all catch the same bugs.

Cheers Timbo. Seems to be running fine again, but intead of a memory update i might just save for a laptop if i can afford it. Its quite an old machine anyway

vaio look great but one I bought my daughter fan died after a year so cant recommend those I have a netbook which I use when not on main pc, currys advent and fan runs all the time so not good, I would try and get one with a long battery life, one I wanted had 6hrs but they gave me wrong model number and didnt bother going back to change it :Chair:
