2tongues Was overtaken by a 1.6 Focus just couldn't get neat it, it was standard with no mods that I could see, normal exhaust so no boy racer....... it was the car I had from the 300bhp IS200 though so everything felt slow.

Was it an RS200 or AS200??

AS200 is basically an IS200 just lighter.

From the cars in the same class I've owned the Altezza is much on par, had a BMW e46 330ci and whilst it was much smoother to drive, didn't feel much quicker than the auto altezza.

My old RX-8 felt very similar, nothing really happens unless you rev the living hell out the car, if you are prepared to go with that then all is well but drive it like a normal car and you will be embarrassed by slower cars LOL

Toyota Altezza Z Edition.

RS200 with the Beams engine. I was very ****** only had it for 2 weeks though so no time to see if there was anything wrong with it?
