thats the traction control light mate, means your traction control was taking over, were you feeling drops in power when it was coming on?

have you checked your tyre pressures?

wahidhussain but there was petrol or some thing on the road

...

it was raining all day today
If there was a diesel spill, then that could indeed have made the road very slippery when combined with the rain, and could explain a lot.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Sorry to hear this MarsdenDean. everyone needs to take note, its coming to winter now!

check your tyre pressures, coolant, oil, battery condition.

and most importantly use more care when driving.

Sparkystav thats the traction control light mate, means your traction control was taking over, were you feeling drops in power when it was coming on?

have you checked your tyre pressures?

yes i aways have 35 in all 4 tyres but Yesterday i wanted to try 37 in all 4 tyres

[QUOTE=Marsdendean Be careful.

Ive just been over to see Andy-R, and right round the corner from his, ive skidded off and gone up a kerb and onto some grass, when hitting a big bush to come to a stop.

The tracking is out, so im hoping i have got away with some scuffs to the side of the car, and the geo - drove home fine but it has **** me up bigtime [/QUOTE]

sorry to hear that mate
i know how you feel mate i was shConfusedcared:Confusedcared:ing my self

Glad you guys are ok after your rear end action  Does **** you up when it happens though

Marsdendean hope there's no damage mate, and if there is hope its minimal?

Lost traction in mine a couple of times today, but does need new tyres on the rear now and having the extra power compared to the is200 doesn't help

We could do with a skid pan day out to give us a bit of practice, and to give a better understanding on how the cars react when the rear goes??
