And how do you fit them to the bumper? Does it need a specific fitting kit?

I imagine any decent body shop will be able to fit it even without the kit, e.g. using mainly some strong tape, and the odd screw/bolt too.
I was quoted wildly varying prices for painting/fitting, but in the end I paid £207 to get my front *and* rear lips painted and fitted.

Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

A solid colour would be fairly easy to spray.
From the kit i fitted to my old car it needed two screws around each of the side fitment and around three below then you could add some double sided tape just to reduce any gaps along the bottom and side edges.
Depending on the colour you could spray this yourself.
