i ordered an o2 senser from an american ebay seller on the 20th april and as yet the item is still showing as not being shipped, i have sent the seller a few mails to try and find out when it will be shipped and requested a tracking number and as i ordered the express delivery option i think this is taking the mikey esp as it was an extra $30 and had no reply from him, so where do i go now, ive never had a problem like this before. also just checked his feedback and it seems someone else had a problem with delayed shipping from him.

Steps to take for problems with an item
1. If you haven't already, contact the seller. Many issues can be solved with a simple conversation.
2. If the seller hasn't made things right, contact us so that we can help. You can open a case 3 days after the estimated delivery date of an item or 7 days after making payment if you weren't given an estimated delivery date.
3. If you've already received the item, and it's damaged or doesn't match the listing description, you can open a case.
To open a case, contact us.
Click the My item hasn't arrived yet, what do I do? or What can I do when I get an item that's not as described? links and follow the instructions.
4. If you haven't received the item, the seller may:
Provide tracking information
Issue you a full refund
Offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree.
We'll ask you to confirm that you've received the item or the refund.
If you have received the item, but it doesn't match the seller's description, the seller may:
Offer you a partial refund
Ask that you return the item for a full refund
Ask that you return the item in exchange for a replacement item, if you agree
If you're offered a partial refund, you can accept it, request a different amount, or suggest another solution, like returning the item for a full refund. You can also ask eBay Customer Support to review the case. Keep in mind that eBay's decision on a case is final.
We'll ask you to confirm that you've received the refund or sent the item back. To show that you've sent an item back to the seller, you'll need to post the item with tracking information and then enter the tracking number in the Resolution Centre.

ebay has been the bain of my month,
I bought some silver 11 spokes for my lex off another member and was on the look out for one more so I had the matching spare, and a full set of 5 came up from a breakers, advertised with good tyres, in reasonable condition for what I would consider a good price, however they wanted £60 for delivery which I thought was a little excessive, my plan was to keep the best one for the spare and sell the set and my 5 spoke spare and make enough to cover my fees and buy me some beer
anyway I got a message saying they'd forgotten it was easter and was I ok to wait 4 days for delivery, to which I thought wasn't unreasonable and agreed, (they took nearly a month to arrive)
by this time i'd asked for my money back as the courier told me they hadn't even collected the wheels from the seller despite the seller claiming otherwise and they offered me half the postage, I rejected and asked for either a full refund and they can keep the item or the delivery charge refunding fully and i'll keep the wheels when they eventually arrive
it got better, they were finally due to arrive last week at noon, and they never did, I rang to chase up and was told there was an issue with the van and they would arrive at 9pm instead, good job I was home, on inspection I found inner wear on 4 tyres so only the 5th was legal, and the seller was a business seller so the sale of goods act is in my favour, ebay and paypal however were not
I claimed thru ebay and all seemed ok, got to the stage of getting a refund, but to save on posting, me and the seller agreed that I get a refund and the seller relist them with my pics and an honest ad, and when they sell I post them (paid for by the seller) from my address, and also get a cut of the sale for my inconvenience, seemed ok, but my refund never came, ebay closed the case as we had agreed to sort out, despite me not having received the refund yet, and paypal wouldn't help as I had claimed thru ebay itself
luckily I have managed to sell the wheels with an honest ad and i'm only out of pocket for fees, which i'll still try and recover from the original seller, and i'll be leaving him the worst feedback i've ever left anyone, space permitting, sorry to leave my life story on here, just thought i'd have a rant
now i've got my money back i'm gonna get the car serviced
