Project Alexi
Thought I better tell you abit about my car history and my current project.
Over the years I have owned some pretty cool cars starting with a fully modified C2 with various engine mods (custon manifold and exhaust system) and full body kit. I also have owned a 190 bhp Toyota EP82 Starlet and my last car was a 2008 FN2 Civic Type R GT (which i cant sell for love of money!)
After getting bored of the terrible ride on the CTR and build quality issues I decided to go for a 2002 Lexus IS200 SE in Stratcaron Blue. Only mods which were done by the previous owner was the wheels have been powder coated a slight gunmetal grey.
My first mission was to remove the grill and replace with a Sport grill which I got from Lexus Birmingham and had it sprayed and fitted.
I have also fitted 6500k Xenon headlight main and dibbed bulbs and pair of Xenon side lights. I have on order a set of TTE lowering springs and currently looking at the TTE exhaust.
Not really sure where I wanna go with this car as I have a 1973 Hillman Imp project car I need to start
Looks like a clean and tidy example:thumbup1:
It was the build quality that put me off the new Civic diesel. Such a shame on a great looking car.
Looks a clean and tidy example
Looks clean mate, welcome to the club!

Welcome Timmy :thumbup1:
Looks good mate, you just need to move your horns now for a better look at the front
Cheers guys. I ordered my springs from lexus Birmingham. I have been meaning to relocate the horns but dont know where to put them
You can put the horns behind the crash bar mate, there are a few threaded holes in the back, there's a walk through on here showing where to put them and what's needed :thumbup1: CLICK ME?
Very nice looking motor you have there mate
Great guide ill crack on with that at the weekend. I take it you have to drill the crash bar.
Next step is JDM fog covers.
I have £250 burning hole in my pocket and seeing as TTE exhaust out of the window cant decide next step.
