The 18" will fit but the 17" OEM's off the IS250 will foul on a 'nib' that is on the vertical suspension member of the IS200. However, it just needs filing or grinding off to provide clearance.
My original IS250 17" rims fitted with winter tyres are currently on my IS200 Sport.

IS 200 Sport with a few mods, Standardish IS-F. The IS250 SE-L with a few mods has gone to a new home.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Marsdendean I know wozza's 18" 225's had to have his arch's rolled, but this maybe because of his audio system in the boot aswell?

thought he had 255's on the rear cos of the rim

The standard tyre size for 17" IS250 rims on the rear is 245/45/17 (offset +45), and they fit without the need for arch rolling. The standard size for the 18" rims is 255/40/18 (offset +50), so they may need the arches rolled if the car is lowered significantly.
