It Passed :-) Good old Lexus :-)
Just been and taken the lex for its MOT, and it passed again?
Was a bit unsure if it would as its been smelling a bit rich for the past few weeks, and only having the main cat fitted i was a bit unsure but it was fine with pretty low readings again
Just had an advisory for the rear disc's being very worn, and low pads on the front, but have a new set of front pads here and will order a set of disc's asap and fit them? Might even go for a full set of 4 slotted and drilled?
But not bad as there still the original disc's that were on it when i first bought the car?
Quite pleased with the old girl iscoStu:
nice one mate :thumbup1:, mine passed a few weeks back with just a balljoint and rear damper advisory!
Gutted to hear your parting with your charger mate:Sulk:
Quite happy with it passing, and it's never failed in the times i've owned it, so not bad for a car that's 11 year old on the 10/1/11 :thumbup1:
@Shahz, the charger might be staying on the car at the moment mate

Impressive for an 11 year old car, good stuff
Yeh i got the mot history off the Direct Gov website last night, which tells you all about the car and any advisory that its had issued over its life, it only ever failed when SPC owned it? on tyres, worn arb drop link, pads and worn rear break disc's? but they never swapped the disc's as it still has the ones i painted on it, and it would explain why it had a drop link missing when i got it back?
They must of used another one off another car to pass the mot, then put it back on the donor car after it went for its re-test??? and not replaced it when i had it back
But its passed every other time and every time i've taken it
