Shh.....I don't want it to hear, but I have been looking at another car! LOL!

Getting a bit bored of my current IS200. Sad to say, think its a great car, but simply can't afford to put the cash into it to make it better and faster at the minute. Going to have a look at this tomorrow.

Still might talk myself out of it though. Smile

I loved my lexus to bits at one point and wouldn't even think of selling up, then it pi$$ed me off and it had to go. I don't regret breaking mine one bit as i love the new car. Do what you got to do, at the end of the day you can always buy a lexus again if you really want. Big Grin

True, just haven't felt as attached to this IS as I did to my last one. The Corolla has nearly 190bhp and doesn't cost a lot more to insure. Thing is the interior is poor compared to the Lex, an IS is such a nice place to be! LOL!

corolla is a very nice car, got the hi=power engine as its the vvtL engine, very fast but can be a bit harsh at high revs.
James do what you heart says mate as the running costs on a 200 is getting stupid, cant believe how much petrol i put in mine every week, I could buy a nice new car on finance with the petrol costs alone every month.
Yes an IS is a nice place to be, but if your not happy and with rising fuel cost is it worth holding on to it??
Just remember that the Corolla is still a JAP car

Yeah Phil, I completly agree. Thanks for the advice. Smile The fuel cost is getting a bit daft. But the car itself has lost its spark for me. Sad

Ormi, is it any worse on the lift then an IS200 being thrashed?

Going to have a hunt on the web for some pics of modified Corollas. Smile

James, you got me thinking now
i want a corolla T sport with the 190 engine in, just put a tenner in mine today and driving round town i have managed to get about 31 miles out of it and the fuel light is on AGAIN.
Time for the Lex to find a new owner, so might be having some bits for sale soon,,

Leather arm rest,
HKS HI-power rear exhaust,
C-one ARB's
K&N induction kit.
Might need to start a new "For Sale" thread soon
