[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]I took out an iphone contract over a year ago on O2 and it was a nightmare from day one. Actually getting the phone took weeks and so many calls where I got responses like 'There's no order on the system' 'That account number you've given me doesn't exist'.

I have then spent a whole year trying to get itemisation on my bills. The online access thing proved to be a huge nightmare as the login link they made me do was for personal not business accounts and it wouldn't let me access the business system. Then it wouldn't let me re-register and all I got from Customer Services was 'Well you're set up, just login' Then they got a new online system and sent me a new login and password about four months ago but everytime I got in it wasn't working enough to actually show me more than my name and address.

Finally, I got in today and was able to work out that what I thought were big bills as I was going over my minutes is actually big bills as I am way over my texting bolt on. I've had a rough week or so and patience and good moods are lacking so I placed a call .. I was more than a little narky and finally got put through to 'my business manager' who said 'Ahh you are halfway through your contract so you used to be entitled to an upgrade but we don't do that anymore' Before my blood had time to boil, she added 'So what we can do for you is half the price of your bolt on, reduce your line rental and change your tarriff to unlimited texts and double your current minutes at no extra cost, oh and for your inconvenience I have placed a £200 credit on the account, is that acceptable?'

Talk about take the wind of out of my sails ... lol..

Suffice to say I am happy.. but I am not actually telling them that til I see my next bill because if it hasn't been actioned I expect the answer my next call will be 'No, we don't have a Miss _______ ________ working here, never have had, there's no record of any call from you' [/COLOR]

I have 02 broadband and I must say the customer service is really bad.

If a better service was in my area I would change straight away but until then I am holding Fire.

Hope they sort out your issues....

Now it seems the luck of the draw who you speak to, some people are really helpful, other sound helpful but are useless. I think allot of teens get jobs there as a stop gap until they find the job they really want and don't give a rats behind

They used to have good customer services but there as bad as the rest of them now

I have been with them for 14 years and that does not seem to bother them

Now it seems the luck of the draw who you speak to, some people are really helpful, other sound helpful but are useless. I think allot of teens get jobs there as a stop gap until they find the job they really want and don't give a rats behind

BT are my pet pet hate, I loathe them .. for business and home .. and the Utility companies are much the same.. they know you have limited options, and if you leave you'll eventually be back so they don't need to worry about how they treat you or what you do ... it's very wrong

[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]OK, I take it back.. too good to be true .. and it was .. this morning, at 5am (thanks O2) I get my text to say the changes are made .. and when I go to check emails at 6am, I am not overly surprised to find I have no internet.

Sorted now and re-added but if that had been saturday morning I would have been livid cos I file my bills at work and I'd have had to come and get one to talk to them as part of their security questions.

So now I wait til I get another text saying this change is activated and then find out what else I lost instead lol [/COLOR]

I'm also with o2 on a business contract and was under the impression I could upgrade every 12 months that's why I took the contract to begin with , so I phoned about 3 weeks ago to be told oh we don't do that any more if you want to upgrade you need a new 24month contract and to pay the handset price of 270 quid , I was fuming ! In the end she's reduced my bill by £14 per month and credited me £150 , but I'll wait until my bill comes out before I believe it !
