Project LOLerCoaster
If I'm honest, its a bit of an ugly duckling, but being a 2005 model it's slightly less ugly than the early ones - and the one I picked up is fully loaded right down to the radar cruise control.
Why LOLerCoaster....well as you all probably know the other Jim has already affectionately his LS430 'doofus' - a play on words of DFS (sofa on wheels). So my project is going to be LOL (Land of Leather), Coaster (because you just feel like you're coasting everywhere in it) and LOLerCoaster (because at the moment the ride is making us all feel a bit sick!)
Anyway pics will soon follow once I have the car insured and can take it somewhere picturesque....
Wanting to stay in the Lex family while also giving my wife and kids some more comfort and legroom I decided upon an LS430.

ad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. ad:I struggle to keep pace with what's going on with your car(s) Jim! I have been meaning to give my car a good service for a couple of weeks now. In that time you have fitted many new shiny things to your IS, blown it up (not saying YOU did that, but para-phrasing!) broken it and sold all the parts, sold the car and now got a new car. I'm still wandering when I'll get round to my oil change!!!

I'm @ work atm but when I get home I'll get some pics of the LS. That's if I can find a wide-angle lens wide enough to fit the car in! It's friggin huge. Feels like I'm driving a minibus!

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway :lol: )
In Progress:
E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

- Possibly wrap the wooden interior bits (carbon / brushed alu?). At 29, I'm too young for wood.
