Hey guys what size belts are you all using on your upgraded pulley for the charger.
150mm and 160mm respectfully

The standard pulley, and upgraded pulleys.

I am using 5pk 855 on 160mm pulley. But I tend to get some slip on high rpms

Technically there is no one correct belt size for each pulley size, but a range, due to the tensioner. I've often used a few mm different to what other people use/recommend just cos I can get certain sizes a lot cheaper locally.

If you are slipping and tensioner is maxxed then you will certainly benefit from a shorter one.

I use 5pk820 on a 145 mm pulley
I used to use a 5pk790 on the 130 mm pulley

I also got this from euro lexus owner club
TTE Riemenscheibe 130mm: 5PK790
Nachbau Riemenscheibe 140mm: 5PK810
Nachbau Riemenschiebe 150mm: 5PK830
Nachbau Riemenschiebe 160mm: 5PK855
