If you haven't already, it's definitely worth upgrading the roll bars and getting a proper geometry set up done once you've bedded the coilovers in. These two things alone will make the most of your suspension changes. I'd be tempted to get a stiffer rollbar for the back at the very least, I never did manage to dial out the horrendous understeer that the IS300 gets when compared to the IS200, but it was still a huge improvement on both models compared to stock. I was running the same coilovers and TRD roll bars on both cars.
I'm killing off this first set of tires... Once there done it will be new top and bottom ball joints and a full setup
Personally I would like some stiffer springs... So will probably buy some 12 or 14kg springs... Put them up front and put the 10kg springs on the rear whilst doing the ball joints
