i think its due to the fact their is so many people down their and not enough police if you know what i mean.

In fact I think most of them do a great job under very difficult working conditions.
Is that any different from every other occupation out there?
I do think they target motorist far to much, but having said so do our goverment.
How many more uninsured cars would there be on our roads if the police did not stop people.
These figures are still far to high but unless they stop vehicles they will never removes these cars off our roads.
Some thing like £20 goes on to our insurance premium to cover for accidents with people that drive around uninsured.
When these people go to court (for no insurance) they pay the goverment the fine and non of that fine goes to the insurance companies to reduce our cost.
