Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit
Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit
can someone please take clear pictures of standart 130mm pulley? I am looking for one and I have found some mercedes pulleys that look like they could work, but I cant find good pictures showing tte 130mm pulley, so I cant compare...
A shot from front, back and side would be great.
thanks!
I have just received my 1zz injectors (remanufactured with new seals and o-rings http://s23.postimg.org/cp5vt4my3/IMG_3246.jpg
My question is: are these seals and o-rings the good ones for the IS200 or only for the Toyota Celica?
Hello,
Are still available the photos with the retainer rings welded by TIG?
I can not find them, thank you
Daniel N Hi Phaebo
I used a hydraulic press. It is a must when doing this rebuild.
Yes I used the retainer rings by TIG welding them.
I have a bit of photos of my rebuild on a Danish car site. Heres a link http://www.bilgalleri.dk/fotoalbum/tunin...renovering

hi guys, has anyone got a dyno reading for 145mm pully with 2zz-ge injectors (yellow ones) and GREDDY EMANAGE BLUE e-manage ecu ready to buy all parts and get a map but hopeing for some readings before i go and do it.
doing some extra reading and noticed the 2zzge injectors run rich in the high revs, would it be better to get 150mm pully rather than 145mm with those injectors so it runs smoth throughout all revs with same a/f ratio? please can i get a reply as i am not too sure.
With the 145 pulley you can use the 1zzge green injectors and it will run perfect.
With the 2zzge yellow injectors you need a piggy back or stand alone ecu because it will throw a check engine light. The ecu has to pull too much fuel so the fueltrims will be to much negative that it throws a cell. in other words it is just too much fuel to handle.
I think the max is 145mm pulley with the green injectors. If you go bigger with the yellow injectors you need a piggyback ecu to handle the fuel.
You can use the yellow injectors with 150-155mm pulley for sur. With piggyback.
I think with the 160mm pulley you need bigger injectors. The ones dimis was using. Part nr 23250-28080
