Just to put ur mind at ease I charged my car at over 100k and have successfully ran it for over 25k with no issues and I hammer my car around.

woah, that low! According to Mr Lindbloms maths, my 138mm pulley will produce 0.56 bar (off the top of my head, without checking the thread again). I imagine thats ideal world settings though and I wont get close to that. Which to be honest, if stock is that choclately, I'm quite happy about.
If it goes bang, it just means more reasons to 1JZ it!

That's in turbo application mate. Not many chargers up that sort of pressure

Cool I've got a 5 psi spring in the wastegate for now but would b able to go up a touch
