Oow so then i think you could also use the patricks blackbox with he 2zzge injectors and 145 mm pulley.

I dont think an air full ratio meter with the existing o2 sensors will give good numbers. It only gives you an indication of runnign lean or rich.
You better use an air full ratio meter with a wide band o2 sensor those will give much more accurate numbers

+1 for the wideband sensor.

And yes you are better off using Patriks Black Box as they give a much smoother fuel supply.

I am using Patriks box

Ok so with an wideband AFR should I then unmount an existing O2 sensor or drill a new hole in the exhaust and make a thread?

Personally I'd weld a new bung on for the wideband. You actually get one inthe box with a new aem Afr gauge

Ok great.

Where should the wideband be mounted? Just before the cat?

Hi guys.

My setup will be:

TTE supercharger kit
Bigger pulley 145mm
2ZZ-GE yellow injectors
Black box from Patrik

I was going to buy the AEM gauge with wideband sensor for safety, but then I thought about GREDDY E-MANAGE ULTIMATE and then get the car mapped at a dyno. Will it be worth it or should I stick with just the AEM wideband?

Pretty sure you need it remapped if you change the injectors. So you'll need the emanage

My setup is almost the same right now. I use a 145mm pulley with bigger intercooler patricks blackbox and 1zz fe injectors.
I can say that it runs very smooth and pulls very strong compared to the standard setup with 130 mm pulley. I am now boosting 7 psi just before the rev limit.
I am now looking for a aem gauge with width band sensor. But compared to your setup i am very interested to see wich injector setup is better. Because my car is allready running very sweet now but not sur about the air fuel ratio. So i might also need the 2 zzge injectors.
Let us know how it is running when al the things are installed
