How do you get the backing of the seat apart or did you not need to? Can a coat hanger be used to feed the monitor cable through the back of the seat. I had a quick look the other day, did you remove the little metal rings at the bottom of the seat? Also where did you route your cables? Ive got the power leads coming through the centre console from the head unit loom and will ground it on the ciggie lighter, not sure what the best way is to get them to back up into the seat from there?

Thats really helpful Aaron, thanks mate, so are there no problems when the seats are moved back and forth?....think i might run the cable down and under the seat and bring it into the centre console from the side rather than the end. Im assuming you cut and rejoined the cable to get it through the pole?
shaz i removed the bull rings at the bottom of the seat , this gives u enough room (with the seat out too get ure hand right up the back and then a coat hangar too get the last couple of inches, i went from under the centre console so there was no snagging when moving the seat, put the wires u need in first from the head unit, hope this helps
no dont cut the multi plug! just go too the side, u might lose quality, imho
