Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit
Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit

I talked to the guy from Euro LOC who I bought the 145mm pulley from. He said that both 1zz and 2zz injectors can be used. I just went with the 2zz because he said he had driven with them for 2 years and no problems on his setup. Actually only with a HKS FCD! We have Patriks blackbox which are said to be much better.
So you haven't got a AEM wideband or a E-manage and its running good? I haven't installed my 145mm and injectors yet because I don't have none of them..
Yes its running very good! With 145 mm pulley and 1zzfe injectors. There is also a guy named "seeker" on euro loc who is running the same setup like i do for more then a year without any problems so i guess it can both be done but i am just interested to see wich setup will run better but we will see when we have the gauges on.
UPDATE
145mm and 2ZZ-GE yellow injectors is now mounted.
Complete setup:
TTE supercharger kit
Patriks Blackbox
145mm pulley
2ZZ-GE yellow injectors
Ik22 Denso plugs
Larger intercooler
HKS Silent Hi power backbox
Sports cat
AEM AFR wideband
Since the 145mm pulley and 2ZZ-GE injectors has been mounted the car pulls definitely more at all speeds. Really noticable on the motorway I think.
The AFR reading is about 14,7 at idle like stock. When I really press down the pedal it goes to 10-11. So it seems really safe.
Nice setup mate!
Thanks for the info Daniel. Sounds like a very good setup with the 2zzge injectors. I am getting an aem wideband gauge soon to see what air fuelratio i am having now with the 1zzfe injectors. But from the numbers i see from your car it sounds like i need the 2zzge injectors.
As for the supercharger belt you could also use the 5pk820 that is the size i am running on my car with the 145 mm pulley.
Thanks Guys
Honestly I think the 1ZZ-GE injectors are as good as the 2ZZ-GE injectors.
The first day with the new setup I drove with 5PK 820, but I thought it was to tight and there is no adjustment because of that. The 828 can be loose or tight (easier to adjust correctly) in my opinion.
Hey Rob
Thanks. Your ex charger is doing well :-). Though I had to change rotor bearings ect because of a too tight belt. Bougth a rebuild kit at https://jonbondperformance.com/index.php...cts_id=306
Now it runs great :-)
